Tl;dr?? 

I feel like she has released music that matched the same quality as her dr luke hits if not better at times. (Never Really Over, HiH) her big hits weren't exactly great songs. Just catchy pop music that she made cool. She just lost her cool factor. Hope she can deliver a banger that makes us love her again.
