    God some of y'all are so ignorant, and hateful. Dubai is flourishing, stay mad as hell. Anyhow, this has nothing to do with cloud seeding, it's a storm and a tropical depression. It rained in Dubai, just in 1 day, what it would in London for 65 days during the summer. We got over 260MM of water in less than 24 hours. Any city around the world would have flooded bad. As a matter of fact, Dubai has proven how quick it is to tackle such emergencies.

     

    Please learn what cloud seeding means before spewing non-sense.
