Yeah for paid shows. Helene Fischer did over 700k with her last tour but that went to neighboring countries as well not just Germany.

 

Ticketmaster website says Adele shows capacity is 80k, so now it's 8x80k = 640k tickets to be sold.

 

And yeah, there's been rumors of two or three more dates still possible.

Thank gooodd! I was waiting for the 23-24 one cause I have Coldplay in Vienna on the 24th so now Adele in Munich on the 23rd she did this for me!

Seeing that she tends to announce weekend shows only nowadays, that's not doable. I'd say maybe they will book the whole of August but September is risky, and Oct onwards open-air stadium shows are just cruel weather-wise

No, because there's been rumors of Adele going to South/Latin America, at least Mexico, too. So August might be the only window for Munich shows.

not her taking the whole venue for an entire month

The 8 shows being equivalent to 160 vegas ones… 2 years in there they could’ve just done a full stadium one

I mean Paris has the Olympics end of July till mid August. Germany has Euro till mid July so it’s all timing plus I feel money offers. 
wembley is pretty booked up so it is kind of the best option

Think it’s just because “Munich” asked her. The Munich government, the local concert organizer and the venue (Messe Munich) worked hard to convince her. So, I think it was just about the full offered deal. Seems like it was not her plan to have a summer residency in Europe and looking for the right spot - more the other way around.

she said in the insta post that they gave her full control over creativity for the things she puts on the show

When will the presale start? 

I am seeing her in Vegas in fifteen days. I would've loved to see her on a stadium here since the energy you feel in those is out of this world. 

I saw Bey and Gaga in Dallas and God, they were an experience.

Such a great initiative to go out of Vegas, there are a plenty of good and beautiful cities where artist can play.

pretty sure that's why, easier to sell out such a venue so many times when so many other countries are close (not just the richer ones but also the Balkans) + just as someone already said, Munich/Germany must've fought hard for her
