He sounds mad because he was fired after not getting along with the cast, does he really have a place to, especially as a guest on set, be making threats to Mia and the production so quickly? Sounds like she belittled him cause he was threatening suing, she just wanted him out, he is not one of them.

None of this gives someone the right to belittle and mock an extra after injuring them. 

Sounds like she was "in the scene" and got carried away and didnt know the boundries as an actress when most background actors arent fully submerged mentally in a scene like the main cast may be. 

Ill wait for more details to judge but sounds like mia will have to pay up 

She's a TERRIFIC actress but I can totally picture her doing this.

 

Even in the picture posted, she just looks like someone who will follow you to hell and back to seek revenge if you cross her.

Isn't bit of bruises part of the job. Actors have been through worse on film sets no? Uma Thurman almost died crashing her car during Kill Bill? Just imagine the bruises stunt men go through.
