Britney Jean.  Worst pop album … possibly ever?  Did Britney even sing on this album?  The songs literally suck.  No effort from the artist, it’s disrespectful for fans.  She couldn’t even shop around for some decent songs?  I mean it’s not like Britney has to even write or produce her music.

ME!, i wouldn't really say it's a flop since it peaked at #2 but going by her standards it is

Me! was by no means a flop.

The song is all about self-confidence and individuality.

Taylor carried the message, not the mess.

The song broke four Amazon Music records that includes most first-day streams, most first-week streams and most on-demand voice requests with Alexa of a single debut on the platform.[42] On Spotify, "Me!" opened at number one on the Global Spotify charts with 7.94 million streams dated April 26, 2019,[43]beating her 2017 hit, "Look What You Made Me Do", which opened with 7.90 million streams dated August 25, 2017.

It doesn't even have 900m streams on Spotify despite being released in 2019. It's a flop!

OT: Artpop

The production is so basic and underwhelming. I refuse to believe that's what Ian Kirkpatrick gave her. I just know she went back and meddled with it and this was the unfortunate result.

Glory

This is not the flex you thought it was my friend.

Femme Fatale was a successful era with two #1s, a #3, a #7 and even Criminal that flopped is doing really good these days.

Britney Jean flopped and it was deserved for sure, I agree.

Glory is considered a great album even on ATRL and most people adore MM and SP.

ATRL should just keep registration permanently closed if we’re going to end up with dupe accounts that don’t even do a respectful job of trolling.

It’s one thing to drag that shitty album. It’s another to act purposely dense to the fact that the artist didn’t even have basic human rights or bodily autonomy at the time of the album’s creation, and even producers who worked on the album have openly talked about how frustrated Britney was that she had zero control over that project (and her life) and that she was scared of those around her and how they were ******* with the music, specifically, the songs she had written at the time.

Heidi Montag. She really said she created an album as good as Thriller and then flopped massively.

Superficial is better than Thriller. :michael:

An opinion you disagree with = trolling?  Please be mature, and respect other people's opinions, this is a democracy.

Britney had the same number of rights with Femme Fatale, which was an awesome album and floor filler, and yielded two minor hits.

Again, you’re running with a narrative in your head that she could do whatever she wanted when she wanted when that is in fact not the case. The creation of Femme Fatale was not mirrored when creating Britney Jean. You acting like Britney was completely free to do whatever is not an opinion. That’s just simply you taking your frustration about that project out on the wrong person, who didn’t even want that album to be released. The people you should be upset with Larry Rudolph, Adam Leber, Jamie Spears, and Will. I. Am. Even Anthony Preston said RCA was upset bc her team wasn’t even properly communicating with them or including them when making the album.

This is actually kinda true.  I liked Femme Fatale, but yeah it is generic and hasn't aged well.
