Must've been horrible being only 19 and seeing the entire internet/media dogpile on you and say what you're doing is 'harmful to the community' just to be part of said community the whole time   People were really expecting some sort of 'Yup, I'm Gay!' Ellen-type magazine cover when we're in 2023 and clearly celebrities don't really move that way for the most part 

 

Huge stuff from someone with her level of fame, and I won't lie and say it wasn't obvious cause from some of her past comments + just the way she moves it really was 

Perched to see her be the first openly queer woman to receive multiple Oscars!

the way people kept dragging her for "queer-baiting" every time she tried a soft coming out... 

 

i thought it was obvious what she was trying to say but people are obtuse.

I’m glad we get some representation, but with those statistics is fair to question is some of them are honest.

 

In Billie’s case I can sense she is really bi.

Well, being bisexual you shouldn’t be supporting gross biphobic takes. Especially when the majority of those women listed actually have been in relationships with women or have spoken about their attraction to women in some capacity. so what’s your statistic? there’s nothing to “question”. there’s nothing to “sense”. you don’t know these women. you don’t know who they have sex with or date behind the scenes. don’t be dumb and aid in the erasure of your own community

Most bisexual women end up in a opposite gender relationships. Most bisexual men, as well.

 

1- There are more heterosexual men than gay women

2- A lot of gay women have prejudice against bisexual women, so they stick to lesbians, which makes the queer dating pool even smaller

3- It's more accepted, so there's a lot of pressure that's automatically lifted from the relationship (in terms of family, friends, job, society in general)

4- Comphet and the immense amount of pressure to follow the traditional route (easier to have children, for instance)

5- A million other reasons

 

Bisexual people do not have to perform their sexuality for you. If they say they're bi then they're bi. 

 

"I hate to say this but..." don't say it. You're adding nothing but biphobia to the conversation.

Is not biphobic to point out that there is a very comfortable selling point to declare themselves bi when some of them might not be.

 

As I said none of them have been in a LTR or marriage with the same sex

 

There are cases like Kirsten Stewart that it feels more legit, and I also believe Billie is. 

 

It’s really strange and I have the right to question their motives being bisexual.

I can easily point out each one being BS

 

But I don’t wanna open a can of worms or attack anyone

Where do these people get off talking about what goes on in the beds of these women? Where do they get the audacity? The internet has allowed complete strangers to talk openly about people's sex lives and make leaps of judgment going off on the 1% they see about their lives when they're doom scrolling.

As I said in the previous post, I’m not going against anyone individually, just was saying that is common knowledge that some actually do it for attention 

 

And it is kind of disturbing that they do it to sell more.

 

Using a sexual orientation is way more creepy and disgusting.
