Firstly, give yourself some time to "mourn" the relationship. Don't reject the sadness or it will creep up on you later on with a bang.    After that, do whatever makes gou feel good and hap

Ended my first relationship today, we were together for almost a year. Feeling lots of things, any tips on how to handle all of this?

Cry about 24 hours and get it all out and then move on

Depends on what tips you want + how the relationship ended. Keep ur head up and know there’s someone better for you out there. If u need someone to chat with PMs are open.

You're probably asking yourself "What What I Made For?" right now and that's normal. Let yourself feel the bad feelings and accept them. Don't dwell on it though. Easier said than done but just keeping moving forward because the train is gonna keep going with or without you on it. You don't want to get stuck at a stop directionless, you wanna stay on the train and enjoy the ride moving forward. There's peace in accepting that sometimes things aren't meant to last, and there's more to come in your future.

You have to remember that rejection = redirection. It was not meant to be - better is coming :heart2:

But what helped me the most is a replacement ngl :clap3:find someone new to do all the things you used to do

also, rejection is a blessing in disguise. some people get stuck in awful relationships for years or even lifetimes, it's always better to be single and have the person be honest with you than staying with them when it's not right

Don't rush into another relationship again, as much as you might think you miss the companionship
