You shouldn't expect another song like Rush. In this interview he strongly implied the rest of the songs on the album are more slow/downtempo/sad.

At 9:20 - he says Rush is the most "Turbo", it's going a 100%, the rest of the album has moments of that but what was important for him with this album is that he thinks a lot about everything and he wanted to put layers and vulnerability into the album. He would describe it as "warm", and there are 2 very depressing breakup songs on it as well which he is scared about having to perform live.
