Instead of another single I would love a short film with Maroon, Midnight Rain, and Mastermind to close the Midnights era.

She will. The people know what a quality song is and that is not present on Midnights outside of Maroon, Mastermind and Midnight Rain.

Midnight Rain was begging to be a single ages ago. Even over Lavender Haze, I'd argue

 

She should let Midnights die. I guess she could try another single, although it may have to be a remix to generate buzz as nothing on midnights would organically smash in the way pop perfections like Cruel Summer did.

 

I guess Glorilla is available

The next official era would be TS11. I doubt she'll release that in the middle of The Eras Tour. So she push Midnight Rain after Cruel Summer. Then Hits Different next year.

Unless the distorted vocals on Midnight Rain are replaced by a featured artist (which wouldn't happen), then it's not going to be touched by radio PD's because so much of the song is distorted. YOKO is way too slow for the first 2 minutes and most listeners would switch stations. Maroon's hook melody isn't strong enough to attract listeners who can't hear the lyrics through a busted and static-y car radio. Mastermind would be workable, but the lyrical sentiment might not play well with minivan moms (not to mention the word machiavellian ). 

Since Bejeweled already got a video, I'm pretty sure that the only option left for a viable fourth single would be the Oh, my, love is a lie /____ My friends say to get me by / It hits different / It hits different this time hymn
