Diamonds and Dancefloors has held up significantly better than Chromatica. Despite it really not being my genre, there are several D&D songs that I can return to, whereas I haven't touched anything from Chromatica since 2020. 

Chromatica. I think it gets a lot of unnecessary hate on this forum that I don't really understand. I think Diamonds & Dancefloors is a great pop album (and also seems to get hated on), but it is an album full of bangers and not a lot of depth.

Ava by MILES. Every song is pop perfection.

 

Chromatica is outdated and has multiple duds like Enigma, Doves, Plastic Doll etc.

Acclaimed one

Cold As Ice alone stomps on Pharmatica

 

Chromatica obvs but DND is incredible too 

The one that has a song called Ghost

The one with great features

Ava’s voice is actually listenable so that 

D&D, I’ve played it so much more than I ever did Chromatica, both have a lot of bops but D&D just has more

D&D has Dancing's Done, Chromatica has COVID-19 stigma - I'm going to go with Ava Max.

Chromatica. It's just effortless while D&D sounds kind of forced, inauthentic or just awkward times.

Chromatica. Taste and acclaim over generic chart chasing bops. 

Chromatica is such a tedious album on autopilot, from sound to lyrics. It’s heavy in the worst possible way.

 

D&D shines like glitters. It’s glamorous, bold and fast.

Ava wins.

I love Diamonds & Dancefloors but come on… let’s not set up Ava Max like this

Both are very good dancepop albums but come on… Chromatica actually has some depth and personality to it and even tho it‘s cheap for Gaga standards the production sounds 1000x more expensive than D&D
