Hung up and it’s not close.

 

hung up is too reliant on its amazing sample. kind of cheap and ava max'd in retrospect. and padam padam is cute but i don't think it'll endure. so believe.

I agree that the sample is like 90% of the song’s appeal but “Ava Max’d” perfectly articulates why it’s so good.

As much as I love "Hung Up", the fact that "Believe" sounds like such a club bop with such depressing lyrics is what seals it for me

Believe > Padam Padam > Hung Up

 

Believe is pop perfection. PP is a a cute electrobop. The only memorable part of Hung Up is the sample from a better song. 

I originally came for hung up but I do think that Believe is the correct answer.
