idk if it's "the biggest" but Me & U was #1 on radio for like 7 weeks and was selling very well digitally for its time but was blocked at #3 on the Hot 100 several weeks by both Promiscuous (Nelly Furtado) and Crazy (Gnarls Barkley) iirc (which were also humongous hits ofc)
