I don't see any difference really, her head has always been big

this is just FaceTuned a little more heavily because its for her make up brand (and maybe the constant attacks on her face, which is only because of her chronic illness and its meds)

It's only one example, but you can see in the example I posted above that the girl's eye shape is unchanged.

As stated in the blog post you took this image from, this is a rash caused by her celiac disease. Look at the redness around her eyes and eyelid. It’s not the same thing.
