i'm not excited for this at all

i've been a fan of bebe since 2014 and i'm always pumped to hear new music of hers but this seems like it's gonna be a non-cohesive collection of their best attempts at recreating the success of Blue. it feels rushed knowing that right before I'm Good came out it was completely different sonically, and BM was a mess as a whole, she's the definition of wasted potential because she could've had a concept for this and BM (or at least pretended to) but it's like she doesn't even try.

 

also i'm seeing everybody praise the cover on twitter and I think it's super basic she looks pretty at least

i like HWWIW a lot and COM sounds promising although it is more reminiscent of I'm Good than Sacrifice so I guess I'll love the album nonetheless

I love I'm Good and hate HWWIW... hope this is a solid project...

 

She's a hit-chaser so I fear it'll be full of bridgeless sub 2:30 tracks though

I do get your sentiment, I mean we are talking about Bebe after all who put Sacrifice on an album without any dance tracks (still love Better Mistakes though). I do think this will be much more cohesive with a strong dance-pop direction throughout at least! I have high hopes for this one

it takes months to get vinyl pressed. she probably turned in her album too late to get it ready for release week.
