I used to hate Seasons and Born Again but they’ve slowly become some of my favorite tracks. I love Miracle Man and Visions too.

 

Hot take: When It Rains and I’m Not High are filler

This album is really good, by far her best one  There’s only a few filler on here

 

A shame she’s flopping hard with Satellite when it should’ve been a cute hit

 

This is a definitely a better generic pop album than Ellie’s and Ava’s

Visions & Born Again gave me Gaga vibes

i like the album. but it feels like they only had one idea and kept reusing it

Miracle Man instrumental is so lush 

Easily her best album (and it's not even close). She has spent so many years going in so many directions when it is very evident that she excels in making pop bangers but I am grateful she has the Meant to Be coins . 

 

To go from Better Mistakes to this is just.. 

 

I enjoyed the album, way more than i expected. I thought i would dislike it bc i've had ENOUGH of that disco/funk trend but the album goes beyond that and i love the melodies.

 

At times it does feel like it's very same-y and like someone already pointed out, it seems like they had one idea and went for it over and over, but it makes her most cohesive project to date, which is nice considering how messy her previous tracklists were 

 

I'm Good surprisingly doesn't sound out of place here, HWWIW is great, just like COM. Satellite is so annoying - i'm sorry but for me it's the worst one. I enjoyed these songs + When It Rains, Seasons, Miracle Man and Born Again. The rest is cute and i'm sure it'll grow on me soon.

 

All Your Fault remains her best project for my taste.

I've said it and I'll say it again..... I'm so sick of this disco trend. Every track sounded like something I've heard before.

From what I get, she's sometimes sad about not being known by the GP but at the end of the day, she knows she has diehard fans and that's all that matters.

 

And she can make music without her privacy being constantly invaded. 

yeah it's not a total loss. one way or another she always seems to find success and like you said still have a certain anonymity

also where are the album review articles?? all we've gotten so far are RIFF magazine, and the Rolling Stone one too if you count that at all. I remember BM having at least a couple reviews out almost a week before release, with as flop of an era as it was. This one feels like it's just been crickets so far which sucks because the music is so good!

she wasn't dating g eazy and i think what she meant by maintain her privacy in the sense of her not really having a celebrity status. i feel like once promo and the tour starts something may take off. besides we got more dj collabs on the way

that was more cohesive and a fuly realized record where as oppose to better mistakes kind of came off as an identity crisis playlist

I've listened to the album yesterday, and it's a "good" album. I mean it's not the album of the year, but there is a real consistency and according to me, it's probably Bebe's best body of work so far. btw, I'm still hating "I'm Good" and "Born Again" is a bit boring, but the rest of the album is good. There are a few bops on it (Visions, Blue Moon). Yes, It's so disco inspirited (thanks Dua) but she tried her best and I hope she will receive more charts attention with this one.

These were my thoughts too! I heard the snippets and I was like 🥴 but then the whole thing was actually nice 

Satellite is so addicting. I wish she went with that as the lead instead of My Heart. I love My Heart, but it's not as instant as Satellite.
