Why don't you also post the push that Spotify and Apple had for Rihanna compared to others?

If Eminem does by himself he will easily be #1 on the list. 

Gaga got way less push from Spotify compared to Rihanna not even 5% of that tbh

 

It's very flawed comparison in that sense. Playlisting helps in such cases

Because iTunes was still somewhat relevant back then and she pretty much clogged the entire top 10 on both song & album charts. Plus this was before Gaga turned into the “streaming artist” she is today (I say it like that bc before 2017/2018 her streaming stats were terrible)

How is it fair to compare when it was the first Rihanna performance in 7 years though? She obviously did amazing but I don't understand why people act like you can compare to artists who have stayed in the spotlight before performing.

That would make sense if her so called big comeback in music with LMU did wonders just because she was missing for years. So your logic is flawed!

I would be pressed if I didn't know who Rihanna was. She is the biggest hitmaker so this was expected. 

 

What I find funny is weird comparisons cause none of those other artists took break from their career to come back 

 

Plus none got such a big playlisting push

Like the same way people were comparing and berating Rihanna’s performance despite being halfway through a pregnancy compared to other pop girls? How was that fair?
 

It’s funny how y’all kept saying pregnancy was just an “excuse” but now apparently there are excuses why she had the biggest streaming boost from any act. Y’all are such losers
