Taylor really fell into my eyes when she also did this, but she at least has helped artists as a whole on some matter

however for both of them, to do this to an Upcoming new artist hitting it big! FOUL..especially when Tay is such a huge money maker already not surprised Olivia distanced herself (from what I've heard)

Why is this narrative STILL being pushed?? We heard from a quote from Jack’s mouth that one day they were just told through the grapevine that she was giving them credit. They didn’t push for it or anything. I can’t speak to the Paramore credit, but maybe she just got anxious from the threat of the first similarity and gave the other credit for inspiration just in case. She already credited them both for her interpolation of New Years Day, so she probably felt on her own that she was inspired enough by CS on DV (though I do agree, there is very little similarity there imo)

I get Hayley a little. Olivia was a vulnerable teenager who had no experience in legal matters, Hayley took that chance to get the credit. If I was a struggling artist who hasn't had a hit since 2007 I would probably do the same lol that's easy money she got millions out of it.

 

OT: aside from good 4 you Blurred Lines was one of the worst because it set a really bad precedent in music copyright claims

both the olivia ones seemed like complete BS. And Iʻm a huge Taylor/Paramore fan.
