@BlackoutZone you said you've had the album for two years but the cd and vinyl both say the album was completed on 13 may 2022 so what's the tea? was that just reworking it into an endless mix?

 

if anyone's curious, the booklets say she worked on the album from 13 january 2020 to 13 may 2022

It's truly just that, I guess figuring out final order and making the seamless transitions while also keeping the songs loopable on their own is more difficult and time consuming than we think dd. The production was the same. I haven't heard any outtakes or demos, cause genuinely the album was the same 2 years ago.

 

The only real difference apart from mixing was Junglepussy verse on OTR, must have been removed on last minute, explains why some streaming uploads also had it before being replaced.

Does anyone know if a video is incoming for Enough For Love? the single cover makes it look like a still from the video and every other single cover from this era is, it wouldn't surprise me and makes me think it's the next single considering the incredible Fallon performance.

It’s my fave album of hers, I’ve always been able to find a song or two from her releases I like but this album is so consistent I find myself revisiting so many different songs

Such an amazing album  I love how atmospheric and immersive this is. She deserves more attention

It’s in my top5.  I don’t get the “hate”!! (Not really hate but it’s loved less than others). 

 

 

Never listened to her before, but already in love with On the Run after 1 listen

Can't get enough of this album

 

Contact and Enough for Love are my faves atm, can't decide on a top three because they are all so good

Closure is on replay. 

Missed call doing poorly probably has to do with its flatter mix compared to the rest of the album and that it kind of is too similar to contact in a way. Still a good one tho but not a standout like some other tracks.

Sorbet is such an ethereal experience from start to finish
