i almost couldn’t recognize ryujin’s voice at the beginning bc she sounds so different (in a good way)

 

btw the song is still n/a on apple music (or spotify)  is it a youtube only release?

I agree here from the most part. I think Han is more naturally vocally talented than Bang Chan, you can see when he projects his voice. But he ends up comminting more mistakes while singing due lack of trainning of how to use his strengths properly. Since he's more of a rapper, I suppose It's not really that important for him how It's for some members who hired a vocal coach apart from JYP (props to Seungmin and I.N, now Lee Know who said yesterday he's been working hard on his improvement)

It's hard here, cause Stray Kids members performance skills as a group aren't homogeneous. So It's really depend on what you value the most when It comes to stage presence.

 

Is It presenting a good technical dancing skill set? Then, yes, Lee Know would be #1. Is It commanding the stage and engaging with the audience to make them hyped? Then, 3RACHA absolutely slay on that departament. Is It the ability to play with your mannerisms, emotions, facial expressions/using body language while dancing as a form of tell a story? Then Hyunjin and Felix are really the best. 

 

I think being so different from each other on the stage is one of the things that makes them special and charismatic actually. Cause they can attract different type of tastes to stan the group.

I think Han is, by a reasonable marge, a better lyricist than Bang Chan and Changbin. But I think the latter two are more proeficient as producers. Chan works on every minimal technical aspect of their music that most idols have no knowledge. And Changbin is getting skilled at arraging. 

 

Then, there's a Gap. Hyunjin #4 since he really knows how to write and compose alone as he not only worked on his solos, but did whole demos for "Red Lights", "Taste" and "DMLU" before It was finished and Chan mentioned there was barely any change from Hyunjin's original versions.

 

Then there's another Gap and the other members seem to be really close in terms of skill.

Being honest, I'd say the only all rounder members of Stray Kids are Bang Chan, Changbin and Han. They are great to decent on all mentioned categories. The other members have major weakness on one or more categories.

We don’t need to imagine. We watched Life Is Good‘s run on YouTube. We saw TiDAL faking hundreds of millions of streams. We know that people are faking streams left and right and it’s gotten to the point where Spotify themselves have joined an anti-fraudulence coalition. Blinks are literally faking streams for Money now (look at the massive filtering from Spotify official) and HYLT Dance Practice. 

 

Also, IFPI literally started equivalent units back in 2000 so not exactly sure what you’re trying to argue there. But if you really think a $10 album should be worth less in consumption than 20,000+ streams per device per day that nobody is listening to, well…

I think it's so hard to make it as a female soloist that they've been conditioned to view each other as competition. They can like each other, but to work together would help strengthen the other person's brand and I fully believe they've been trained to view that as a bad thing.

 

I don't think it's the companies forbidding it
