I think overall It's LE SSERAFIM the biggest 4th gen group on Japan. They have a better balance of digitals/public interest and large fandom/physicals, that I suppose It's already solid due to Sakura. I see they touring in domes pretty soon. 

 

But Stray Kids is one of the biggest, I'd say they are the biggest 4th gen boygroup right now on Japan. They have the huge physicals, are the most stable in sales (they sold over 130k from back catalog alone this year and It's far better than any other 4th gen act), are also the only one breaking the bubble and having an actual hit song last comeback. Their discography also does the best on streaming plataforms.
