The time is approaching. Something is coming either on January 1st or later that month. 

 

It's also her first single under Columbia, which is promoting her all over the world the banners (NEW YEAR. NEW MILEY). She's also getting promo on tiktok with random nostalgic videos. 

 

Where do you think it's gonna end up peaking? And what about its debut?

I'm hoping top 10 but since I don't remember how the Plastic Heart singles performed i'm rooting for Top 30

OT: We need to hear the song first. If she releases on January 1, she's going to lose some days of the tracking week.

She’ll probably debut and peak in the #11-#20 area

really depends on what the song actually sounds like and if it can garner buzz or go viral

 

Miley's lead singles never miss quality wise though so I'm sure she's made a good decision 

she debuted in the top 15 with midnight sky in a very loaded and busy week so i wouldnt be shunned away by saying she has a chance of going top 10 in the first week

Top10 peak for sure 

It depends on the material

It will definitely be a hit, and if it’s not, they will give the second single another push

To think Malibu was a guaranteed Top5 debut if she didn't release it in the middle of the tracking week. 

 

Let's hope Columbia knows better than that.

It really depends on many things: the song, timing and promotion. The top 20/30 is not out of reach.

Gen Z'ers born pre-2004 definitely know her. I mean, we grew up with Hannah Montana and Bangerz.

 

OT: Top-20.

Something tells me she's gonna overperform now that she's with Columbia + the internet seems to love her. 

 

My bet is top 5 debut and peak if she has a full week (+ good song and feature). If she releases another day that is not Friday, then top 20 or top 40 debut.
