Evermore (stylized in all lowercase) is the ninth studio album by American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. It was a surprise album released on December 11, 2020, via Republic Records, less than five months after Folklore, her eighth studio album. Evermore was a spontaneous product of Swift's extended collaboration with her Folklore collaborator Aaron Dessner, mainly recorded at his Long Pond Studio in the Hudson Valley.

It is my most played album of the last month. I didn't really play it much throughout the year but I will always associate it with this season.

By far my favorite Taylor album, I still listen to it all the time, especially during autumn and winter. I wish the rest of her music sounded like this.

This is a classic.

The surprise annoucement is everything. I was at the gym and scroll throygh her facebook post, the say i scream out loud and everybody turn their head lol.

Such an insane surprise, who could have thought she could create magic in such a short time like that.

Marjorie is one of the most beautiful and saddest songs in her discography, the lyricism is insane as well

Coney island is extremely underrated

Willow remains a bop

Ivy is beautiful

Right where you left ME!...we love you

Masterpiece 

Nearly every song on evermore is flawless. There are too many things to praise. Long Story Short is one of her most underrated songs.

Those lyrics in marjorie are amazing - it's so interesting to contrast this song with Forever Winter, which is another song about grief she wrote much earlier... completely different takes on the topic.  

Cowboy like me is like a warm blanket

And RWYLM is her best song ever

evermore is her best album. Not a single bad song. It will easily end up as my most listened album of all time at the rate this is going. 

 

The melodies and lyricism are everything. It is sonically diverse which keeps your constant interest and attention. It's a perfect album for the season. It also became the album I turn to anytime I feel overwhelmed, because it very quickly calms me down and allow me to escape from reality for a brief moment. 

 

willow perfectly sets the tone for the album. ivy and coney island are absolute career highlight. champagne problems and tolerate it are devastating. evermore (the song) is simply perfect and gives both the perspective of an era of your life ending, and a new beginning. no body no crime paints such a vivid story (and I would love for her to really explore/embrace this type of writing in the future). long story short and right where you left me are incredible songs too. 

 

Good luck to Taylor to ever release something as perfect as this record.

I already loved the album but it’s become my favorite in her discog this year, and “evermore” is now one of my 20 favorite Taylor songs despite being a bit of a skip for me on release. Can’t wait to experience the entire album played through on the Eras Stadium Tour

Happy birthday to my second favourite Taylor album! I’ve been listening to evermore a lot lately, it’s just the perfect the autumn/winter season. The storytelling, the magical vibes and emotions it radiates, such a special album
