The thing about this is that plenty of iconic moments are created when people go against the mold.

 

WAP would have been considered too explicit, Bad Guys too quirky... at some point you gotta serve your best material regardless of whether its a perfect fit for radio, especially as radio adapts to streaming.

 

Virgo can easily have a radio edit and Alien is has a mega chorus,  so I hope she doesnt play it safe and consider them unfit especially when DIL was 5mins (and a hit) and Alien was easily the most popular track prior to any tiktok trends.

It’s a trend for the the US that I’ve noticed. Between Sunday to Tuesday the song tends to dip in positions but for the remaining days in the week those positions are regained and even exceeded. Specifically on Friday’s and Saturdays. I’m expecting it’ll hit the top 10 by this weekend. 

Tbh im not too worried about peaks, would of course be good to get top 5 WW but regardless this song is going to be a global smash with longevity.

 

My hope is that visuals catapult another song to sit next to it and she can 2 songs on Spotify global top 50 for the rest of the year 

As long as this hits top 10 on the US
