I was just pointing out that the special did nothing for 30 despite its success/wins then you went all Twitter lingo on me. Some of you all need to start reading more so you can come up with newer/refresher reads/lingo. Saying someone is pressed and seething is so generic and last decade.

Yeah, that’s why only two female singers had won in the same category before Adele had gotten it. 
 

Gaga and Beyoncé, whom I hope get one someday, have been trying to get one for some time and have failed to do so. 
 

Adele’s special swept, and after seeing it again, I understand why it did. If this were any other female artist, you’d be yaaasssing all the way, but since it’s Adele, it bothers you that much she’s getting this win during her “flop” era.

her second and third fanbase can continue seething...while she's sweeping!

its crazy how ATRL loves talking about white mediocrity yet 80 percent of the people they stan are white women who have hardly had the respect and acclaim that Adele has- but y'all be the first one to get on her cause she sings ballads and not EDM disco bops that yall can break your brittle ass backs to. Its like... touch some grass- PLS.

21 era: Received first Oscar

30 era: Received first Emmy

 

Looks like the 25 era has been her only one not to pull its weight
