Adele just won an Emmy!

 

 

Adele wins this award for Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) for “Adele: One Night Only” as an executive producer. This means she’s only a Tony away from an EGOT. Congrats to Adele and all the producers

 

“Adele: One Night Only” also won the following Emmys:

 

Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction for a Variety Special

Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Variety Series or Special

Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Special

Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special

 

… which means her CBS special clean sweeped and won all 5 awards it was up for. Congrats to all the winners and everyone involved in this special

Lazy queen of the industry does it again but yeah that special truly deserves it. Just wish we could see more of her this era.
