Is there something about their history that i don't know of?

 

Hell even Ray of Light, one of the biggest pop albums in terms of influence has an 8.2, which plenty of stars get nowadays.

Why shade Liberation, it's a decent album? Specially since critics were never kind to Christina...And we all know albums in general nowadays get super high scores that past girls or albums would dream to have :rip:

They've always been clowns, this is nothing new :cm: 

Why shade Familia ? It’s better than any Madonna album. It got 0 Grammy noms after a lot of promo for a reason.

The scores she got for COADF - RH were pre-poptimism where they actually dragged albums back then. They actually were saying in their review for Confessions Tour that it was "promoting a good album", which means that 6.2 was a positive score for them back then

They still gave her flowers and gave high scores for LAP, ROL and Self-titled so here's that

Why shade Melodrama ? It’s better than any Madonna album. It got an aoty nomination with a huge critical success and it's considered one of the best albums of all time.

Those reviews are recent tho, they weren't done when the albums came out...and still they only managed to give a 8.1 to Ray of Light...an album that was considered the blueprint for a mature popstar, the first mainstream eletronica pop record and a total re-invention for pop music back then... :rip:

 

The reviews they did from Confessions until nowadays were all done when those records released.
