Kim's scrapped album, "Problématique," leaked yesterday after being held in album limbo for being not up to label standards/her bad reputation from working with Doctor Luke. She despaired about it on twitter and is releasing a compilation of her old songs from 2017-19 this Thursday to capitalize off of a very slight viral TikTok moment. Fans are still left with no official new material to stream besides this year's SIut Pop offering.

I honestly don't even see a way out of this for her. She's signed to Dr. Luke's label for god knows how long, and absolutely no one will touch her with a ten foot pole (besides maybe S*m Sm*th, which...lol) after all the controversy she got from that EP she terrorized everyone with in February. Not to mention she lost her biggest collaborator/friend, Aaron Joseph, so what can she do next?

Unfortunately, it looks like it's just a compilation of her Era 1 songs to capitalize off of the "viral" (2k or so) TikTok videos made for "Can't Do Better."

i mean regardless of if she flops into obscurity she already released I Don't Want It At All, aka the best pop song of all time

 

charts and superficial metrics aside, she really has some of the best pop songs of all time to her name and lets not forget that
