Despite only releasing 6 studio albums (4 solo and 2 with Wham!) and one cover album, George has racked up an impressive 4.558B (2.65B solo, 1.91B from Wham!) streams on Spotify! This is especially impressive considering George was the sole writer-producer in almost all of his tracks (Including Wham! where the other guy didn't do much). 

 

Why has he retained such staying power despite his last studio album being released almost 20 years ago?
