Drake won in the end. Why?

Getting another double #1 in his flop era.. He made it look so easy.. And same as his other albums, I have a feeling this will have another insane longevity. Jimmy Cooks at #1 means his hip hop base is still here, watch him do another massive numbers for his next era. :deadbanana:

Why does he refuses to lose? :dies:

His album barely cracked 200K first week and is already being outstreamed by an all Spanish album and a pop album with less tracks, let's not.

He's Drake, of course he will never flop. But he's underperforming and people clearly don't like this album, so I wouldn't call it "winning"

He’s a talented artist. It’s Drake, dude will never flop. Even during his weakest album/era. Haters stay mad

It's winning, period.

As more artists release it will be clear how hard it is to crack 200k and he did that with an album most didn't even like.

He tried something very different, and deserves his flowers. And he got them with a double number 1 on the charts. He is doing well by any metric

When he returns to hip hop, it's going to be clear that this only dipped because it is in a lane he hasn't perfected yet

It's an album completely different from his other works. This is still a win for him, getting a double #1 despite getting dragged left and right for releasing a gay album. That one hip hop song going straight to #1 shows that he will still demolish with his next project.

Harry’s album is also below that all Spanish album… does that mean he’s underperforming too? :dies:

Of course he’s winning, he’s king Drake for a reason :clap3::clap3:

I wonder how you'll feel by this time next year when more artists have dropped albums and you see just how difficult it is to score a 200k+ debut, along with multiple top 10 hits. And this is meant to be a "flop era" for him.

Sticky is sooo good.

Oh wow, Glass Animals is still on there. :clap3:

Sticky has been serviced to Rhythmic/Urban radio and a video is being shot for it. I just hope it takes off and becomes another hit for him.

he's winning. it's a decline but he still does very well with a project that's very out of character for him. a win.

Atrl calling this 'flop' and laughing at the numbers meanwhile their fav pop girls after rule change aren't even seeing 200k. Actually he's a very versatile and talented artist, more than some of the artists atrl rides for.

Then what would you call it? He went out of his comfort zone and still managed to hit #1 on both the hot 100 and 200 and still crossed 200k, and oh yea, debuting 3 tracks in the top 10. Please sit down

A underperformance for his standards is still a success

7s studio album

12 years in game

dramatically change his sound

and still get #1 with 200k and album track #1 in hot 100

and someone call it flop

Drake’s no. 1s are anything but impressive at this point. He throws stale pasta at the wall every few months and it has produced his last 5 number one singles only to spend 1 week at number one each, and that’s on its debut week, and then drop out quickly ……. compared to his old standards.

why bother even trying -_-

i’m shocked jimmy cooks went #1 :deadbanana:

it was definitely performing the best but i didn’t realize it was doing that well
