this and love&life are prob her most overlooked albums during her peak years. 

 

first 3 tracks are my fav off the album.

This is cute. I kind of need to get over the loud production and some of the songs should have been longer but still cute.

Yeah, I appreciate the early '00s British vibes of it all, feel like she could release something even stronger that would really pique my interest once whoever's in charge of the mixing learns to turn it down a little bit

tbh the production does most of the work. but its def an upgrade from his "debut" album. give or take felt very sellout to me, this album moreso a return to his original style. theres some highlights lmk ur thoughts if u stream.

Baby Powder and Midnight Charm are my **** and I've been coming across a few songs on random spotify autoplay so I can't miss this album this time

one of my few favorite cohesive albums released this year. it is so goood  only a few meh songs but other than that I love it as an album so much!

this has very nice tracks, kind of old school rnb or old hip hop beat influenced rnb:)

baby powder is such a highlight! thats how i got into jenevieve. she kept appearing on my r&b playlist so i was like lemme see what she abt and was not disappointed. 

 

this album might surpass division for me.

one of these days ima stream her. i hope she not too niche of the old school sound. much as i love the 90s/00s r&b era, we need more artists to bring something new to the table.

as an album it is amazing, easy to put on as shuffle so many good tracks

-iron lung

-hvn high

-faded lve

-partycrasher 

 

good tracks:

-enter the void

-beam me up

-flight risk

 

ok tracks:

-nocturne

 

meh tracks (not bad but they just don't make me feel anything):

-head over heels (to me, it feels a bit dragging)

-crysalis (the length…)

-damage control (cute verses but not feeling the chorus)
