Aside from the terrible first rap, the girls did very well, they also added harmonizations into the song not to make it a exact replica of the original

Yeah. I'm a J-line bias but I think that the Fearless performance really comes together when Garam's front and center during her chorus. She really sells the effortless bad ***** vibe of the song best.

 

 

But at least for now, she's really only able to carry herself as a baddie when she's styled as one, so she really fades into the background in more mellow outfits/concepts like in Blue Flame. Kinda the opposite of Eunchae who works better when they're styled more innocently.

I wonder if something happened behind the scenes. Maybe they've been sent more songs or something and SM decided they should record them idk. 

 

Hyoyeon/HYO/DJ HYO's (or whatever name she goes by today) mini album seems like they rushed it out to fill a gap in the schedule. I was expecting aespa now because it's the perfect time for them to release and they have been practising/recording for literally months already.
