i think her team are trying to improve her engagement so they can build a hype when she releases her lead? idk.

idk i think if it was strategic she would be more active on tiktok, not instagram. 

she was already more active than she is now on tiktok some months ago... 

i think she was just in the mood and downloaded the app back (ig) on her phone. 

 

but that doesn't mean the fetish pic doesn't mean anything... but i think it's more Selena herself teasing something, not a team engagement strategy... if it was, it would be on tiktok i think.
