I'm pretty sure they just hired Adam Selman as their Exec CD, Adam is a close friend of Rih's and a long time collaborator, he's had multiple Savage X collections designed by him, also he's married to Mel Ottenburg Rih's long time stylist and they both created the Swarvoski dress for her CFDA award.
