Let’s root for a Candy Paint performance on James Cordon. He has a bigger stage than most late night shows. Also, a Summer mini-concert on Good Morning America or the Today Show. Wild Side, Motivation, Candy Paint medley about to eat. 

 

Then, that VMAs serve in August/September.

I want some Vevo Performances. Those always eat. Magazine covers, YouTube videos (Hot Ones, Terrell). Stuff where she can have fun 

She did say 'once the next single kicks in, there's no turning back' and let's hope she actually means it (knowing her - she doesn't)

I hope she doesn't let the lack of nominations stop her from performing, that audience is significant part of her demographic and she always delivers a viral performance. After skipping the Billboard Awards I don't think she should pass up the BET Awards as well especially with a new album coming.

I'm still convinced she filmed the CP video alongside Fair. There's no way the fair MV took 3 whole days to shoot.

I think CP video is filmed too but she needs to hurry up this is annoying. When she said "the summer is gonna be lit" she should have kicked **** off by now. Single, album, clubs/festivals etc. Coming for the tail end of the summer is dumb 

Summer 2022 starts June 21 and ends September 22. I want the album to drop sooner than August, but every passing Friday where we don’t have CP is pushing that possible date (assuming there is one) back further.

And on a related point, it seems highly unlikely that they'd scrap/indefinitely delay a video which took 3 days to shoot  So I can definitely get behind this theory.

On the CP video talk - when we get both videos with a storyline, I'm telling you guys it's over. BUT I don't know if it's a good to release them literally together. CP needs to have its own moment, put a snippet by the end of Fair's video and we're good to go  

It’s going on to the 3rd week since the DSP was sent out and still… there’s no confirmation date for CP…

Being a Normani stan feels like purgatory. You get the best video/music you'll ever see in contemporary times and then she TAKES it away from you. And repeats

I agree. Lil Nas X performed for them twice even if he didn’t get any nominations. But he’s definitely not doing that anymore.

 

Either way, Normani NEEDS to perform there. If all goes well, she has a chance of going viral with a top-notch performance. And as you mentioned, that audience is significant for her demographics.

Normani was straight up snubbed at BET though. I know most of those VOTY noms are straight up mediocre sh*t. Whatever though, it is what it is.

It's something ELSE how she hits every beat with her body - even she's not dancing in Wild Side's MV. That **** is crazy who even does that
