Her choice of word also bothers me. "Expedite an album" just shows she isn't really excited about it & hasn't really worked on it. But whatever, I really hope she pulls thru and release it in November. I guess they could have cut this part of the interview if Nicki didn't intend on dropping it this year.

I just don't understand what keeps her from releasing new project. She has a bunch of songs recorded for sure. Why not just release them. It's that simple. Even that lil compilation would have been a lot better if she shared 3 or 4 track never heard before. She's not an album artist anway. Her projects are always just a big mess with a bunch of filler and 13-14 good tracks. She is so obsessed with "the industry is against me" narrative she is stopping her own bag right now. SFG is such a big hit and she wasted it for a compilation album.

 

I also don't understand why she keeps lying to our faces like that. If there's no album, just say it. At least we won't have any expectations.

Is it really necessary to drop an album? Nowadays, its just not that necessary imo. Let her drop her droplets in peace.  I never listen to any album back to back. Not even hers

Tbf Renaissance was made as a body of work not quick hits and droplets. 

I want Nicki to drop a full on rap album or EP.

Renaissance is a slay though. I LOVE albums. *** a single I wanna hear an entire body of work. Pick my favorite songs and least favorites, have them change in a month, and grow tired of over time only to go back later. Nicki is actually weird for only having 4.

She sees herself as a business. The choice of ”expedite” might actually be a good sign. 

Expedite my ass. She's been saying stuff like this for years now. "The album coming soon". "I went to the studio and did the fifth thing-thing" "Before the summertime". "I already have a name". "My babies will gag when they hear this". Tell me when she reveals the cover and release date.

 

I don't think she would drop that compilation album if NM5 was coming this year.

Sometimes I just want to punch Tae, like I know this was supposed to be a themed wig but that bob is dark sided and It’s just really offending me, he is so hit or miss sometimes. And don’t get me started on him asking for stylists days/hours before she has to go perform somewhere, nothing is ever organized with this lady
