You're right, but tbh it's not as black or white. 

 

I think the tour and the idea to "make the most out of this era (as it's most likely to be her last & she hyped it up so much)" made me want the album to be better than what it was. Now that the PF2 "era" is truly a wrap, I haven't felt the need to go back to the album (since the material is by far better on her other albums & mixtapes). F4L, RRDS, BD & Cowgirl do get their regular streams, let that be clear ! 

 

pf2 is good, not great 

 

it's nothing groundbreaking & it's far from her best, but it's a good album 

 

more importantly, it was her biggest commercial era in YEARS & her highest grossing tour to date

 

that's a win

 

& the "surprise" was another trini song mess, she teased a snippet

I miss times when Nicki feature meant something and she was collabing with A-listers. Now she's rarely doing features and when she does she giving away features for free to random people. She cheapened her brand so much... She should be collabing with Sabrina, Charli, Chappel, etc. Not those random nobodies.
