This should be our main and ONLY concern. The material /music has to be stellar and fastastique. 

And the lead single choice has to be FLAWLESS AND PERPECT.

I'm pretty sure a worldwide pandemic and protests in her own country are the reasons she lacked the energy. If you experienced the era first-hand, you will remember she paused it not once, but twice (once for covid, second for BLM)

So of course the energy wasn't there. She put it towards other things.

 

Also the music is fine and relatable. More relatable than ever I would say.

If the album doesn't arrive until 2025, it means there's been a recent change of plan.

Because, there's no logic in teasing a comeback with a snippet of a song at the end of a film, only for the album to be released a year later.

Kinda like how she started teasing the Chromatica Ball Film literally almost two years before it came out…   It's just how she is.
 

I've been team 2025 since January/February when Blade was getting you all riled up about a supposedly imminent release. Maybe because I'm a jaded ***** after stanning this lady for 15 years. All we can do is be happy that there is new music on the way and we're not in a Rihanna Navy type situation. Cause getting excited -> melting down over and over when there's no release in sight is just insanity lol

how can I survive this year without LG7? 

I know we love to bash her team but they will take care of her releasing on the right time with no big competition aka Taylor or some random rapper etc. We shouldn't stress too much about it. Also imo, LG7 music will be released around JFAD, double threat incoming.

 

Also, idk if that was posted but JFAD premiere is on september 4, the head of the film festival confirmed on x - via PJ.
