Ariana served, Taylor tanked quality wise but her name is big enough to not make the album commercially flop, and even though Cowboy Carter was front loaded I doubt people will look back on it as a "flop". Otherwise, it's been a decent year for the girls. I will say, no single pop girl album has truly blown me away this year. They've been decent to good projects sure, but not anything to compared to what the girls served in the 2010s.
