From the business point of view - it’ll be a big missed opportunity and mistake if she waits more. People are ready now, she posted enough clues and posts. If she continues - it’ll be boring at this point. No matter how amazing she is, everything is not good when given too much. She knows it. That’s why it’s coming this week

The problem is, you guys are like magpies. You need something bright and shiny otherwise you do not consider it "theatrical", but there are so many different ways to be over the top and theatrical and she brings them with every single project. The last time she did it with Gucci, she was dragged through the mud for just being her earnest, weird self. Of course she is going to feel like maybe she should tone it down at times, otherwise she risks the wrath of lifeless losers online.

 

I like how people are acting like she goes out every day wearing Amish frocks.  Any time music comes into play, she dolls herself up and puts on the theatrics and a show. She just has not done any major music lately so she has no reason to be anything other than her normal self.  Once new music begins to pop up, she will be back to what we expect no matter the genre.

A horror flick might not be a bad move tbh. JFAD is going to be more thriller/suspense. She's clearly branding herself as an Oscar-baity film actress so I'm not sure she'll readily go into much beyond drama/romance until she has more films under her belt.

 

I do think her next acting project should be for television or especially Broadway, though. I'd love to see her begin working toward and Emmy and/or Tony.

Girl, music and film are different industries. Y'all are crazy if Gaga would be withholding her single announcement for such lame stuff. If she doesn't announce this week its because its not ready, end

Last week she said she was still writing songs for the album. That’s the reason nothing is coming this week. The album is not done. She won’t release a lead single until the album vinyl is being pressed

I'm leaning this way, as well after considering Ariana's 2024. Her movie debuts almost 2 months after Joker, and her album is already out. It's just not feasible to have a full album cycle before October.

 

Plus, like someone said, Gaga revealed she's still writing lyrics  Time to get on the Joker train, liddos. Maybe there will be some sickening fashion
