The amount someone would get is not only about how much it is actually worth, but also who the person is. Someone like Gaga who has 13 Grammys, an Oscar, and is seen as a legend, would command more than Bieber and Katy combined.

Anyone dragging the 911 MV has zero taste and deserves the death penalty

Doubt it would touch those numbers, but I can totally see her selling it. Ga's ambition has died out and seems non-existent these days (at least when it comes to her music career), so...
