ROM is... eurgh. It's too bubblegum'd to function as a proper 90's house throwback so it ends up sounding like a Kidz Bop original song to me. Ironic that this was here attempt at attracting a younger "streaming" audience but that generation are too busy gravitating towards her edgier pop songs like Bloody Mary, Judas, Applause etc.

On ROM, and Chromatica in general it feels like Gaga lowered herself to make it GP friendly. The songs are so short with basic lyrics and production, and she held back a lot on the visuals. Maybe it was the safe option, but I prefer her more experimental stuff like Born This Way. I just want her to go all out Gaga again for LG7

Hate on Chromecast all you want, but Rain On Me is a timeless piece of pop perfection. Please take that ridiculous dated/aged like milk nonsense that everyone loves to throw around on this website elsewhere

 

With her current mindset, I wonder if she disowns the 2014 sxsw swine performance. I wouldn't be surprised if its something she prefers to leave in the past like most of the artpop era. I honestly wouldn't expect anything for artpop's 10th anniversary.

Disagree with the God On Me slander but it is a kii that after all the talk about her needing to release a bunch of AC ballads or trendy Tik Tok jingles, her most successful stuff on screaming are her weird bops. 

 

And yes, Reslay would've been a smash lead for that reason
