Chromatica is literally a lady gaga dance album, as a fan. how can you fault that? It was time, and that's very 'on the nose' Gaga fan taste. 
Very easy to consume, and it added so much for me (and others) during COVID.. i dont think fadshadow could've done better either.

 

With that in mind:
I do think, she has given very safe core-brand Gaga (like people saying SL/HMH were deluxe tracks for other eras) and i think that work would've done so much better under a different landscape vs. what we went through 2020-2021 - so now it's time for new prodcuers and a new perspective

Chromatica is amazingly produced and it was a great cohesive album but I agree it’s time to move on from the producers she worked with, maybe excluding Burns.

The good thing about HAC is that it doesn't drop songs easily so It might make BM stay on the Hot 100 for more weeks (in bottom placement tho)

Gaga really should have released Chromatica in Spring 2019. Obviously she could of never predicted the pandemic but people were craving dance pop music back then and she would of delivered it before Dua Lipa
