I remember the Monster Ball to ARTPOP era performances of Telephone, she barely let out a sound on the chorus and it is lowkey hard to sing if you don't have the stamina or vocal range (eg me) but her vocals improved immensely during Joanne era. 

 

Shame she never sung Paparazzi like it was recorded, she sounded close to it when she sung it during Winter Music Conference in 2007 but she's grown and her voice changed so much.

I swear Interscope has a contract requirement for her to sing perform Telephone on every tour.

Song is a bop but mid when compared to Alejandro or Paparazzi which she omitted from Chromatica ball. Tour was great but both me and my friend who is a casual fan felt like the set left a lot to be desired

I think the sole reason she keeps performing Telephone is that she can shorten it without being botched. She cut the lil instrumental in the beginning and the Beyonce part. It's a win-win for her, she pads the setlist, a gp classic that and a short one at that.

 

I don't think Paparazzi and Alejandro will have the same impact if cut down below 3 mins.

All I know is that there's only one song among her studio albums that she has never sang live, what's more is that it's the best song on The Fame. Not even during The Fame Ball Tour, not even a word of it, and  I will forever hate her for that

Telephone era is probably the moment I became the fan I am now, it’s also at that time we managed with friends to get the tickets to see her at Bercy in May afterwards in 2010, so I’m always happy to see her perform telephone, the memories . The song I wish to see her perform once again is SHICD. Maybe with a different arrangement, but it’s such a beautiful song.
