As if it would have won that category with an album that literally made no noise... No shade but if she did  not get that category with The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way or A Star Is Born (not even a Cheek to Cheek nomination) the chances were more than low...

I took this a a generous and nice nod to Tony bennett for his very last album.

i can't believe we have to explain this yet again but it was looking incredibly likely, with the engineering win and the massive overperformance in noms.

Crazy because last Sunday, ROM wasn't there, Million Reasons was. Bad Romance was number 3 but now it's number six. JD and PF moved up two spots each. Kind of nuts to see.

Totally forgot the Grammys were tonight, couldn't care less.

 

Honestly for me it's so much better Gaga not attending certain awards, I really hope in the future she will maintain a certain exclusivity, going eventually just to the most prestigious acting awards and Oscars, if they nominate her, that's all, she really needs to ditch the Grammys for long time like she did with the VMAs.

They need her more than her needing them, she's not going to win anything in general field with them anyway and we saw that performing there is not that different than performing on Fallon or 'Good Morning America' these days, useless.

Million Reasons was barely cracking her top 15 of her most daily streamed songs (Telephone, LoveGame, Paparazzi, Applause, Rain On Me were doing better for long). So yeah the change of calculation made it out of top 10 obviously. 

Wouldn't be surprised if Telephone returns top 10 soon.
