The easiest way is to copy the playlist URL and open it in an incognito tab on your browser — if the track order is different than what you see on your app, then it's more than likely a personalized playlist.

 

I also use Chartmetric to check, but since I don't wanna pay for it, I can only see the Top 50 playlists as a free user.

Spotify Charts really needs to get their **** together  just update all the damn charts at once and at a fixed time everyday. How hard is it? At least everyone will know when to check instead of waiting for hours sometimes with these weird delays 

 

It's funny that they usually publish the Songs chart later when they already have all the streams counted from individual catalogs with the Artists chart
