If she ever does do rock, I just don't want some pastiche attempt. The rock wave is so stale because no one is doing anything different. Just retreads of past sounds. Nothing new to the table. If any pop girl has it in them to do something interesting and different with rock music, it's Gar.

 

Gaga makes pop music. She will never fully jump into another genre.

That album is brilliant but it's heavily influenced by classic latin and spanish music (from raggaeton to flamenco) that have nothing to do with Gaga's background, Rosalia said herself she took inspiration from the music and sound she grew up with when she was a kid, I really don't see Gaga pulling something like that.

What I meant is that Gaga can make an album inspired by different genres just like Rosalia did with MOTOMAMI, not that she needs to rip off her album, of course Gaga doesn't have a latin and Spanish music background, but she can make an album with the genres that she grew up listening to

Yeah she kinda already perfectly mixed different genres on one album with Bible This Way. There's a reason its her best, most ambitious, most interesting and most important album of her career.

I think that if BTW was released in 2022 it would be more appreciated by the critics for its boldness and experimentation, literally nothing sounds like it, it has its own sound
