I still don't get why after years they don't upload a proper 4k version for this video that really deserves, this is not even a real 1080p version, I think this is a 576p at best only in certain frames scenes.

 

 

Even the Spice Girls videos from the 90s have been uploaded on amazing 4K quality, no way they can't do it for BR video.

We just need it to get a boost with the blu ray and award season and it could end up pulling a MR in the long run with consistent streams. Only 5M sounds unlikely, but 50% feels kind of too much considering there are a lot expenses and a lot of people to pay in a world tour, I think 30-40% sounds more likely.

 

However it's obvious that an artist like her does a world tour for different purposes than only for the sake of earning money, otherwise she would clealry earn more from millionaire people wedding considering she has been paid 5M recently just for singing in a wedding in italy.

Here's what I guess: Live Nation handles all the expense and gets the majority of the cut (~50%); Gaga and her team are paid by Live Nation for presence and Gaga herself also got paid a certain cut of touring gross 30% to 40% is most likely considering the companies who funded the tour will also got fair cut of touring gross?

I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I'm pretty sure she gets a cut from each show + she gets paid from whatever her contract was with LiveNation. I know many years ago she signed a $100m contract with them, but IDK how many years/tours that covered.

Like, they report she only made $30m the year she signed her $100m contract for Vegas. I get that she doesn't get that money upfront, but they count stuff like that for other popstars, like when they claimed Katy made $135 in one year from the Prismatic Tour that grossed $205m.
