Only a quarter of its units come from pure sales, the majority is streaming accumulated in the years since. ROM doesn't have the longevity on Spotify to close the gap.  Especially with most of MR's streams coming from the US, unlike ROM.

MR is over 4.4M units in the US? Its pure sales are at 1.1M (probably higher now). Anyway, my point stands, almost 4 year advantage is a lot. Let’s see how this will play out but I’m confident ROM will catch up, yeah.

Hopefully she abandons Lovegame in the next tour. We want Paparazzi back.

@Gagacharts I think this person knows better. It should be close to 5x platinum next year along with Paparazzi, Telephone etc.

 

ROM has the advantage of being a #1 hit with Ariana Grande, so you'd think it would catch up to a dusty Joanne ballad quite easily.
