Tbh don't see why she can't release LG7 before J:FaD and tour afterwards. Cumatica Balls is doing great after 2+ years and Joker will obviously be bigger than HoG

 

 

I'm here for the ARTPOP special edition for the 10 years like she did with BTW but with some unreleased songs instead for the fans, it won't hurt anybody.

 

Dope being Gaga’s worst non ASIB ballad but still being a top 10 hit is kinda messed up if you think about it

She’ll def try to release the album before and then use the movie as an excuse not to promote

I mea, nobody is definitely stopping her if she would it, but she won't, she will need a break after filming the movie.

She won't be filming J:FaD until this time next year probs, but lets not pretend she's got a new album in the works that would be ready for release before then.  LG7 2025 me thinks.

Joining the Dope stanning briefly to say that it's ******* brilliant. It's the kind of deeply raw, honest and vulnerable song that only Ga can make and the way she poured all her heart into it makes it very special. I need her to work with Rick Rubin again

FAD is going into filming this winter I've heard.

i just heard that I Wanna Be With You demo for the first time  It's so much better than Dope, she should have included this version on the album

Isn't that a bit early for a 2024 release? Maybe this is the case, but as said above she'll still probably take a break after filming so I still wouldn't expect LG7 until after FAD.

not really. especially if it's doing festivals, like Cannes it would need to be done by early 2024, so filming = December 22 - May 23, editing and post May 23 - Spring 2024, and then festivals Summer '24 and so on.

It is a bit early but this is a major, major release. Budget might be around 200M when it's all said and done. They're aiming for a 1B+ box office ending hence the 10M advance for Gaga - they're pulling out all the stops. I would say this starts filming around December-March 23. That gives Gaga a ton of time to record LG7 and have it out early 24. I doubt the music for FAD isn't already recorded or in the process and it's probably not an entire album of songs like ASIB was. I think a Gaga era pre-FAD release would be good to keep her name on the radio/in the news for the whole of 2024. Will be a big year for her
