February 5, 20251 yr comment_27134780 I have been hesitant because sometimes on initial listens of some songs i will love them, over play them, and realize i never really loved the song. Idk it happened with Disease. BUT, Abacadabra is actually a fantastic song. It is brave to claim a song is in Gar's top 10 or even top 15 because she is a talented legend and all her songs are bops but seriously Abacadabra is UP there. Ive played it a **** ton and it manages to get better each time. It slams in the car. Technically speaking its one of her best me thinks. The lyrics grew on me. I ddint like the "O nanana , O gaga" at first but I just adore everything about the song now. Every single lyric. The song builds, it gets better until the end. It made me like Disease more too, im listening to the songs we have of Mayhem so far in order (Disease, ABA, DWAS) and it just all sounds phenomenal.
